Richard, some people are forward thinkers, and some like Rand are backwards thinkers. Or maby Rand is simply walking backwards, and he keeps on hitting his head on hard objects. Either way, from his posts, you couldn't diagnose which is the cause for his sustained lock on an incorrect view of world events.
(on topic) IPM & Maxam possible merger would result in current ipmcf shareholders to receive a value from currently holding ipmcf shares thru a link to Maxam's claims AND the Black Rock dirt. And with good news & good news, or bad news & bad news, the proposed merger will let current ipmcf shareholders buy mxam shares at 10 cents each. No matter what the current price is at present for mxam, by the time ipmcf shareholders are givin the opportunity to exercise planned agreement they will know if its a good/good or bad/bad. If bad, meaning Maxam ie worthless, then no put in new money. If good, then the 10 cents will be history, and current mxam will be very much higher, but still in at a dime.
I wrote above for any possible new investors reading this thread and wondering whats happening. Thats it in a nutshell. Interested, then locate ipmcf shares and buy, 3 ipmcf, if merger happens, gets 1 mxam.
So, IPM/Maxam possible merger. And, now, help from Mr. Metals in the push for success. Maby I sold my soul to the devil ? Hope not, I don't care what the exchange OPT number is.
