>>They have the financing and hopefully they will do no more business with them.....<<

Yorkton (Jerry Vickers) is on the outside board of directors with BII. He used to be Senior Manager of Company Listings at the TSE for 5 years, and Manager of Company Listings at the TSE responsible for the review and approval of companies applying to list and trade on the TSE. In that period, he would have met and communicated with several of his colleagues from all of the North American exchanges. Now do you understand how he will help us with a NASDAQ listing?

AFA Yorkton dumping shares in order to take down warrants to finance BII..no one likes that. I suspect that BII will have no more problems raising money with their popularity of late. In his own words Godin said he had problems getting people to recognize what BII had to offer. Yorkton was there with 20 million or so, when the company was desperate to move forward over the last 5 years.

Like them or hate them..BII would not be the most talked about stock in Canada without Yorkton.
