This week I have had conversations with John Schmitz and Merv
Rosenfeld, both executive officers of PanAmerican Bancorp.

This week I have had conversations with Mae at Insider Trading
and the week before with Charlie Vaccaro, President of Insider
Trading.

This week I have had a conversation with Dave Williams, President
of Realty Money Center.

This week I have had a conversation with a representative of
PanAmerican Interactive, which also serves as the PanAmerican
Bancorp broker for Community Home Mortgage.

Last week I had a conversation with Giovanni Smith, developer of
Ridge Lagoon Estates in Belize.

This week I also talked to another undisclosed source.

You want to talk about DD and logic. Hell, you don't know one
iota of what is going on with this company. It would blow your
socks off if you did. There is an abundance of positive news
that will come out and when it does, watch out!!!

And yes, there are legitimate reasons why the financial statements
were delayed. One reason is that the audits of the separate
divisions took longer than expected. The other reason I will not
disclose but just say it is very positive for the company.

John understands the need for shareholder information. He just
hired a very qualified full time investor relations person to
replace George. He is intent on giving out news more promptly.
