<<Post-offering shares (mil.): 57.5>>
That sounded like way too many shares, so I checked the prospectus:
<<Upon completion of this offering, the Company will have 11,817,680 shares of Common Stock outstanding. Of this amount, the 4,000,000 shares offered hereby will be available for immediate sale in the public market as of the date of this Prospectus. Approximately 7,817,680 additional shares will be available for sale in the public market following the expiration of 180-day lockup agreements with the Representatives of the Underwriters or the Company, subject in some cases to compliance with the volume and other limitations of Rule 144.>>
This looks like yet another money-losing internet start-up to me, but what do I know?
