True enough, anyone can file a motion. You're missing a key component, though. The doc states Wellrich's side and desired remedy. Mikey is free to address that, and the whole procedure can be carried out in a court if need be. So if Wellrich is truly making up stuff, Mikey can give his side, and the truth shall come out&#151in Mikey's favor if that is indeed the case. Now contrast that with making up press releases about false agreements such as the one regarding Sweet Factory. What's a body supposed to do about that? Think about it for a minute&#151then come back with a straight face spouting your 'lack of veracity' phrase.
