Well, why didn't you say so in the first place?! ;-) That's a much more informative post than your prior one. I was just trying to get at the source of your pessimism (guardedness?).

You make a lot of good points. And while I totally agree on your assessment of Wenger (more losers than winners, a bit of a hypester), I disagree with your overall bearishness in regards to HEARx. That is fine, though, that's what makes the market tick.

BTW - in late summer, Wenger recommended his "new favorite company" Correctional Systems (CRXS) at around $4-$5/share. He said "I believe this company will be $9 within the next 90 days. I cannot tell you why, but let's just say I'd be buying right now" or something to that effect. The stock is now around $2 and the only mention they get on his show are the occasional interview and when he has to defend himself when talking to an irate listener. That is the stuff I can do without. Why tell people it's going to hit $9 within 90 days? I don't like that at all. He should just stick to the facts.

Question for you Lee - have you ever dealt with LaJolla Capital? I heard about these guys on Wenger's show and was coaxed into investing in a couple of their "sure things" (I did some research, but not enough - my fault). Let's just say that IMO these guys are schisters and I'd recommend that people take their business elsewhere. Another one cut from the same mold is that Fishbein guy that appears on his show occasionally. Any dealings with him?
