I ain't the only one with the X blues. Many a programmer has said nasty things about X. It would way easier to program if it were updated to client server architecture. You should read what Denis Ritchie has to say about the precious C language and C++ and the X environment. If X were so all fired good why would the Berlin and Gnome projects be alive? Why would Netscape crash at all. It does not crash at all in Windows. Of course 4.07 is as slow as a Lorus in Windows. I quit using it because of that. art.net Should be good for a chuckle or two.
