many could criticize our Gambling on these penny plays but lest we forget Livent - LVNT $11 - opend at .30 yeesterday. Phillips - PHV - $26 13 months ago - opened at .75 yesterday YBM just to name a few. You want guarenteed returns - try BONDS.
