To All, Nov. 19, 1998--Biocontrol Technology Inc. (OTC BB:BICO - news) announced today that the company has received a $10 million equity line of credit (LOC) arranged by the New York City-based May Davis Group investment banking firm. What investment banking firm is in the business to lose money? What investment group would throw $10 million at a company with no future? Before tossing that kind of money around, someone in the May Davis Group would surely do some homework. Long time long on BICO.......Jim
