You and I arrived at the same number. I would take 12 in a heart beat. The idea of a stock swap though doesn't get me very excited. If this company is going to be sold, I would just as soon see it be a cash deal so we can close this chapter of our lives. If it was a stock swap, I would probably get hung up on the new company that bought them and watch those shares eventually tank. At this point cash is king. If they sell it outright, it takes away the decision to part with the new shares.

I still think this is all a bit pre-mature. If a serious deal was this eminent, the price should be substantially higher. We have to assume that they are maintaining total silence on this or any future OEM's. I would consider it a rumor and nothing more. One thing is for certain, the next several months will be an interesting time to own Ancor.
