Herb / Morrison Petroleums Not surprised. I've been saying for past two months Morrison was attractively valued based upon quite a few factors. I don't see this offer going anywhere. It's like stealing candy from a baby. Shares will move up in value since financial community has been shaken to realize value of Morrison shares. I would not be surprised to see other offers at higher prices. This is the beginning of a situation to monitor closely.
