Well YO-YO here is the way I asked the question and you can tell me if the answer is as general as you think.

I asked: I have heard rumors that the company has had trouble retaining key employees and attracting new needed staff. Is this true?

Response: We have had some turnover in personell but we are not experiencing any problematic turnover of employees.

I asked: I have heard that many of the people that designed earlier versions of the MPEG products are no longer working for Wegener, Is this true and has the exit of ANY employees delayed or ended any projects?

Response: Yes some of the people who designed those earlier versions are no longer there but there has been no delay in projects due to any personell issues.

I asked: Is the company experiencing any employee turnover because the company can not offer a competative salary due to the company's size and the relative strength of the job market?

Response: We continue to look for qualified people and stated that the company offers a very competative wage and compensation package. They continue to look for anyone who can fill the companys needs. At the present time software engineers are in demand.

I asked: Are there any new products or upgrades in the pipeline that may add to revenues in fiscal 99?

Response: Yes there are some new products and upgrades in the pipeline that the company believes may add to revenues. Due to competative issues he could not discuss specific products but the new items will probably be in the digital video lines.
