I have no pending legal action of any type against Townsend or Terra Nova in Cook County or similar jurisdictions and have not taken any legal action in the past of any type regarding Townsend or Terra Nova. The only individual to take legal action so far was Lewis Borsellino; I was not involved in that and I did give you his case number in my original post. If you would like, forward me your address and I will forward you a copy of Borsellino's lawsuit and attachments. This is in response to the post from Trader Alan on Nov 21, 1998 at 10:17 AM EST
