I did file a complaint with the SEC discussing what I felt was a fradulent application for the Archipelago ECN. I have not pursued any legal action because I really do not feel like going and spending six figures on the type of lawyer that it would take to go up against Terra Nova and Townsend's superstar attorney, Dan Webb, and spending years in court. Maybe you will motivate me in the coming months to reconsider that decision?
