One BIG REASON is the name change! Why put your first filing under PRWT and then change your name right away? If John did that he would be accused of trying to pull a fast one also. What nonsense. Filing a Form 10 never got anyone accused of trying to pull a fast one. In fact the opposite is true. Until the Form 10 is filed, you guys don't even know for sure that the reverse merger has happened. You just accept the fact that because John Schmitz said so it must have happened? They already pulled a fast one and withheld disclosing the completion of the merger from June to September. All that while you were buying your shares in a company that was making press releases, and your shares were only in a worthless shell. The real fact is that now you still don't know for sure what PRWT really is. You keep taking these guys word for it without any real proof. The Form 10 filing will surely help to establish PRWT's legitimacy. They could maybe even lie about that you might think, but then we would have the satisfaction of recourse - jail for the filers that lie.
