I think this company has had a serious focus problem. First it was fax over the internet, then it was long distance over the internet, then it was telephone hardware,etc. etc. Their appetite for new products has overcome their need for focus and IMO will ultimately lead to their demise.

The AR looked like a mess I mean why so much for doubtful accounts. That tells me the service isn't working and people aren't paying or erroneous sales are being booked.

The only hope I see is for Safe Harbor to come to the plate, ante up more money, trim the business, narrow focus, change management or a complete buyout.

Anyway, I wish them luck since they are a local company but I think they have blown a lot of money and don't have ... to show for it. These are my opinions only.
