$380,000 net income from $525,000 settlement Am I figuring this right? Year end seems to say $380,000 net income shows up in 1st quarter. Does that means 1st qtr's $1,135,000 income and $135,000 profit would be only $750,000 income and actually a $250,000 loss were it not for one-shot, non-repeating settlement from a year ago?
