I did talk to some legal firms, and they all wanted substantial retainers for this type of civil action. If you know of any decent firms in the Chicago area who would do this case on a contingency, please let me know. Of the top firms I talked to they said this is a big job going against a Dan Webb, and they all said for this type of civil litigation it would require a big retainer.

If you look at CyberBroker, they do charge different for Island execution. Look at the following web page; they give you a credit if you add liquidity and only charge you if you remove liquidity from the Island ECN!
