Glad to see your post, its always good to see the otherside, the negatives as much as the positives to keep things in perspective.
You mentioned a BIG player is entering the Canadian marketplace, can you please tell us more.
In my statement 'strong' player is really to do with MSFT and the way they conduct their business and muscle in to achieve their goals. Dont get me wrong, i dont condone their methods but its hard to stop a giant stepping forward.
There is always setbacks when developing a new project, in this case a loss of a couple customers, but how many other customers are there in the US with similar status? The pilot program will materialize into a major bill presentment forum- would be foolish to deny this fact.
I have followed you and the CHFR thread for over a year and admire the knowledge presented to the thread- almost bought in at mid-20's(in hindsight glad i procrastinated). Recently there seems to be a Transpoint bashing campaign on this thread, I contribute this to good competitive spirit between two highly charged competitors.
I think MPACT will do well in the Canadian market; 2nd to none software, ability to get things done and now with Bell's contacts -good combination.MPACT already has an association with the Royal Bank thru CANACT- invisible to the customer check clearing. Actually this is what caught my eye 4 years ago and got me interested in e-com. Last thought for the day, on the CDN side there are 6 National Banks(next year maybe 4), get one customer= approx 25% of the market-mind boggling! On the US side, trying to organize and gain market share must be a bigger challenge with (10000??) banks.

Benny thats enough for today, would like to know your thoughts and who is the new player coming to town.
