Haim: They are voting on articles of impeachment after Thanksgiving. Since the majority party is in command on the Committee, these will probably go to the floor of the House in December and disappear. However, the majority party may still wish to lose the House, Senate, and any hope for the Presidency in 2000. If they do, they know what to do.
