So much has been written, in last 3 years that is timeless. If you haven't read from start, you missed a lifetime of TA information. Keep wordpad open, cut and paste to it. There are two books here.

I have found with many, you have to repeat something over and over, sometimes you get tired or wonder who is listening. Dave Evans is doing a great job here with injecting life back into the topic, as he did at the start.
