One thing that I would like to add to my most recent posts is that A position trader must keep upto date on his due-diligence and you will frequently see long traders buy something on some bit of upcoming news but they fail to sell when the news is out..You must remember that News is like an orgasm..once it's out ..its all over..no amount of viagra can sustain it..and through artificially raisng the price on hype and news an not on fundamentals it makes the stock far more succeptible to big price drops..every stock has a saturation point where it just cannot go up anymore without real solid fundamentaLS. i Stick with those that just cannot...

Asa I posted earlier I may spend 10 to 20 thousand in my research..In connectionwith my coverage of QGLY, we called every single Walgreen in Chicago and monitored the shelf surplus of the COLD--EEZE crap they sell.and put out a substantial position and 90 days later we were paid well for our research... In the case of TRBD ..I drove down to mexico to see their Facility which was a joke... I also visited their Engineering office in Encinitas and couldnt believe what I saw.
In regards to UFEM, I knew first hand that their was some wierd Sexual stuff up at Company headquarters..In regards to K-Tell insider activity and lack of sales is more than sufficient to reason that they are doomed and it is only a matter of time..
In the case of LOCK I flew to Florida nad visited with them ,while the stock was trading at 5 bucks I was offered stock at 2...

You must be prepared to do this kind of research if you want to be right and not get surprised..I believe that once you pass the age of 18 ,, there is no such thing as a " Good Surprise".

Market makers almost alway trade from the short side as they know that the public holds their inventory..

Sometimes you will see them work with publicly traded companies but often times these relationships are shortlived with one party gfetting screwed, It usually ends up being the Company Execs, but in the case of IBUY we saw the Market Maker go down in flames as well.
These are my favorite Bed-Time stories..

Till next time
Anthony
