aC, you've been pretty quiet following the buyout offer, and subsequent shareholder suit.

It seems to me this ties the stock in a knot. The obvious conflict of interest in making the offer in the first place and the possible argument that it (deliberately?) puts a "cap" on the market price, creates a possibility that the suit will continue, even if the offer is now withdrawn.

If this happens, where will the market move the stock?
