Ken, The fact that the per share price of the stock is only $.18 has, by itself, nothing whatever to say about the risk involved. While the low price/share allows you to put up a relatively small amount of money, the risk attached to that investment is determined by the company's prospects. I suppose an argument could be made that if many people believe that a low per share price equals low risk, then the prospects of the stock rising are improved. However, that sounds like a gloss on the "greater fool" theory. I agree, though, that USSP sounds interesting. If anyone has done any financial analysis on the company, I'd love to see it posted.
