David, the lack of communication, new contract announcements, and any insider buying (following that wave of insider selling last spring) overall paints a discouraging picture for WAVO.

Also, it's increasingly apparent that WaveTop is going nowhere as a PC application. I'd like to know what benefits it will provide in digital settop boxes.

Beyond that, I wonder how well Newcast is performing, and whether WAVO is adequately marketing its core product.
