Uri,
I guess I was lucky. I got into Xerox after the crash in 87, and have been very happy with my return, the split didn't hurt either. Xerox doesn't charge anything for OCP or DRI. They report your portion of the brokerage fees as taxable income along with your dividends, but no cash out of pocket, so to speak.
