Ken, you are right. The $4.50 offer has put a cap on the stock price, so OAKT will be dead money until a solution come up. I had complaint the mgt from time to time. First the Shareholder Rights Plan in last August (before the semiconductor industry melt-down). Now the Buy-out proposal under bookvalue. It is hard to believe that David Tsang is a honest person. If he rise the bid to $6.50, I'll close my eye and sell my remaining shares to him or he better resign. The UICC fab investment alone may result a very good return in next couple years. I will definitely vote "No", time to break Tsang's abacus. aC
