This networking company will not last long. The product is hot because
they have a good marketing strategy, embedded PPP code into Microsoft operating system.

As far as the product and the service, I will rate D. The service
is very BAD. I won't even to try to call them for help. The hardware,
we had 2 out of 4 failed in the first 6 months. We have since convered to
other competitors'.

Shiva didn't have right person in sales and tech support.
