I spoke to the Y2k contact person for our local burb of Denver, who stated the water & sewer and ready to go and has been tested, as are traffic lights, he said all is well, as long as the power works. He ,also , has gotten no assurances of service from Public Service of Colorado, or the parent company NCE. There is also a possible problem with the school zone lights, but as school will be out, that is a small worry, and repairs / testing are scheduled.
