A lot of people at work have had coughs and flu, and C4 (my son) had a bout of the cold/flu, but fortunately I have escaped so far this year with nothing but a 2-day sore throat. Must be the good cytokines at work. I have been getting plenty of rest and drinking lots of fluids (translation: loafing on the job and drinking a lot of cerveza at night--just kidding!) Market has come back strong, VDXXX stronger. I ask myself this: What if the portfolio had avoided under-$10 stocks? It seems the low priced area is where we suffered the worst damage, and it has been the higher priced stocks that have pulled the portfolio up to new heights.
