QWST/Anschutz seem to have no ties to the third horse, Nexabit. (There are others out there like Pluris and NetCore that I'm less familiar with.) I joked a while back that these start-ups seem to come in three's: one for LU to buy, one for CSCO, and one for NT. Oops, need one for Alcatel too.
