Luc, I agree. However, under Mr. Graham's leadership the company seems to have generated a healthy order book. At the expense of no gross margin? I guess we'll find out in the coming quarters. If the margins are good Mr Graham would still be usefull to IPV in a sales capacity. All other ties to costing, pricing, and general management should be handed over to someone who has the much needed experience that Mr. Graham seems to lack. So far he's squandered a lot of cash and employee sweat and effort while lining his own pockets with salary and bonus increases! John
