Manning Property, Alberta

Calgary, Alberta: Raindrop Resources Ltd. (RAP.ASE) has signed a
revised purchase agreement with the vendor of the Manning property.
In the amended agreement, which is subject to regulatory approval, Raindrop
Resources Ltd. will issue 200,000 common shares in the capital stock of
Raindrop at a deemed price of $ 0.225 cents per share to the
vendor in lieu of the equivalent cash payment due under the original
agreement which was disclosed on October 7th, 1997.

The Manning property is a 69,000 acre claim block comprised of three
townships northeast of Manning, Alberta. The property is located on the
Buffalo Head Craton on the northern end of the Peace River Trend.

A low level aeromagnetic survey has been completed over the entire property
and several geophysical anomalies were identified in the results. Regional
mineralogical studies found several sites with diamond indicator minerals
and a reported kimberlite occurrence in the Peace River Trend.

Further work is required to more fully assess the diamond potential of the
Manning property.
