Hi Gary and Tastes,

Thank you for your advises. Yes indeed Type 1 account is adequate insurance against the short. Holding the certificate does not delay a quick sale it will have the inconvenience to send it back within 3 days to my broker.

You are right about the float but for some reason Xyln stocks are not available at different brokers last week for short (see previous posts).
