Steven, same thing happened at the Circuit City store in my area. The salesman was not aware of the new 250 drive. I told him that it was able to read the 100's also. He was amazed that he had no knowledge of it!
However, Circuit City salespersons are not aware of the new Compaq Prosignia computer either!!!!!!!!!!! MC
