I think a more meaningful argument with respect to the court case would be that ERICY would never have allowed GSM to be effectively locked out of Japan and relegated to a minor role in the United States if it held patent rights that could have prevented it, so I'm betting that you'll be proven wrong in that even if ERICY wins some part of its case it won't win enough to hamper IS95 or force cross licensing. We'll see.

Mardy...Clearly diversification is a good thing but at what price? People are certainly paying spectacular money for LU.
