Paul, In retrospect, I now suspect that business conditions that are propelling Intel upwards will also spill over and help AMD - pushing up their meager profits even higher - and the stock higher still. It is encouraging that Intel has become supply constrained in spite of AMD's progress. Hopefully Craig Barrett will now end the era of paranoia, give up on trying to kill off AMD, and allow both companies to maximize profits. Intel's excessive price cutting has not been beneficial to anybody, particularly not shareholders of companies in the semiconductor industry. Scumbria
