S.L., Just took a second look at the last CC. Don Caldwell stated that Pac-West was a very late stage deal. If Who is not a go at this time, Pac-West may be first out the gate. When ask when the rights offering process would continue, Pete Musser said they would be watching for the existing rights offerings to get to $5 and above. DOCC and CVSN are above and OAOT is significantly below. They stated that the weak IPO market allowed they to do deals which would not be available in a strong IPO market. I believe that US Interactive falls in this group. BTW I believe that US Interactive will come out as a conventional IPO and not a rights offering. I think it will come out of ICG. I believe ICG will go public as soon as the regulatory approval is received, probably as a conventional IPO. usinteractive.com bob
