Good points in your responses to ditchdigger. Well, he will finally get his picture of the grave he is digging for himself when tsig kicks major butts of amzn, cdnow, etc. He keeps harping on the debenture sh*t. What makes him think that Gordon has not done his dd during this financing on the basis of what he learned from the previous one where he has sued some financing co? Besides, how is that to stop the business potentials of tsig? If the business take off and tsig signs major deals and kicks some butts, forget ditch's argument. He can put it in the ditch he has dug. If the business model fails(which I very much doubt), then ditch has us all in his big grave yard. We need help marty. Where are you? Peace and good luck.
