Darkgreen:
This is the first reasonable post I have seen from you, and it seems to show that you can be a likable person. Why can't we keep this kind of attitude on SI instead of sinking to the level of the YAHOO thread. (And of course it takes more than one to play this game, Mark Johnson.)
Although I feel your posts are antagonstic, it is true that FMK can put the spin masters in Washington to shame. I have listened to many CC only to hear FMK's analysis to be the most optimistic interpretation that can be had. Lets just say that if I were interested in hiring a salesman FMK would be at the top of my list. It is actually entertaining to see how he spins half truths into convincing arguements. (FMK, you said many times, Bellcore has invested substantial $ into VLNC, and this is one reason to jump on the VLNC bandwagon. It is may understanding that the 1.5 million shares that Bellcore owns was not purchased with hard core cash, but was in return for licensing the patents. But you consistently portray the 1.5 million shares as a $ investment. Shame on you. And lets not get into the argument about the fact that they took the stock rather than other consideration in return. PLEASE!)
I am a VLNC bull, and will stay one until I am convinced that there is no way VLNC can produce batteries for commercialization. I appreciate your, and others, i.e., ZEEV's, post that help to deflate the speculative balloon a bit, at least in my stock portfolio. (It has helped keep me out of the options market, after last years continuous promise of commercial production by Dec., Jan., Feb., etc.)
Looking forward to a very merry XMAS season, with much VLNC stock in my wife's and baby to be's stocking.
