George: Don't take this the wrong way......
>>"Based on my record, I am usually 2-3 years ahead of the crowd. I see these things like they're crystal clear, but I have to understand how slow, boxed and backward the general crowd is.">>
This is written with the humility of a lunatic - crazy man - for that's how far out, off base many people perceive me to be when I get revved up about an idea, trend, etc.
I know I am "out there". Now if you think I am writing this with swagger and ego then you are mistaken. I am simply sharing my experience.
I will grant Bill and Steve every benefit of every doubt, but I do know that the world is fast changing away from their "take no prisoners" business model.....
>>What is your record? Even after you tell us what your record is, how in this "age of individual freedom" can we be sure that your record is genuine?>>
Call me, check out my website, or call people I know and trust. Ask them what my record is. I lay all my cards on the table.....
>>One of my favorite quotes is "Perception is reality"...Does anyone know who first said it?>>
Well said.....
>>>"Gates and Balmer worked night and day for 3-4 straight years to pummell Novell in the public market for perception mindshare within corporate higher level circles.">>>
>>And they have done a hell of a job at it...>>
You bet they have, but look at the wreakage they've left in their wake. They did this thinking nobody would be able to connect the DOTs. Well, everyone has learned to connect the dots with these two. Wait and see.....
>>God Bless...Please pray for over .10 earnings and growth in revenues next week...otherwise I see NOVL getting to more familiar territory...>>
Hey, I know we are getting abit heated and excited. I know the nature of this beast called sentiment. As Clinton knows so well, these types of weeks fade and move into the background. We will see more grinding, hoping and clawing ahead.
But the shift is in. Novell is getting great press, great mindshare. And the stock is reflecting on just the beginning of what I see as a massive long term investment play.
All the best. |
