richard, have you checked out the Macy*s.com site yet? I don't think it's a very effeciant site. it's got a more pleasing effect on the eye than any of those by CYSP, but it seems to me a bit more cumbersome to navigate through. takes more clicks to see the products and their respective information. Doesn't mean that it'll stay that way. As they get more familiar with the e-commerce issue, they WILL improve. But this is like the third time they are trying to reinvent their online shopping, and I'd have thought for a company so versed in shopping, they would get it right by now. Well, maybe by the millennium.
