In fact, I have the impression that this is an international scam, and that the company should be enjoined from any further stock sales to the public by insiders. In November, 1997, the first message on this thread stated that the company already had contracts generating one million dollars in annual revenue, and that new products would be quickly brought to market. Why is there no information as to sales and earnings available? Now they have a news release about a new acquisition strategy. That means dilution - nothing plus nothing equals nothing. What about all the hype about the close relationship to Microsoft and Bill Gates? Was this to a stock marketing scheme for the principals? I am not a happy camper!
