Response Time... Prospector: My response time improved last night and is back to normal... While I agree that the SI servers are handling a much bigger load, they seem to be up to the task or all SI subscribers would experience slow response time... That wasn't the case... Only those subscribers using certain ISP's (Netcom etc.), had the slow response time problem... So, the answer seems to lie in making sure there is a constant test between SI and a list of all the ISP's that the current list of subscribers use... With this done SI diagnostic tests would pick up the problem SI/ISP linkage problems and do the necessary fix in a timely manner... Jim
