UBID -- only 1.6 million shares offered -- to the best customers of Merrill -- lots of 100-300 shares presumed. Offer price at about $14.
Only 1,600 people can own a pure play of 1,000 shares -- and that's it.

If UBID doubles to $30. MALL is then 0.73 x $30 plus MALL operations of $10 plus $1.50 (after-tax proceeds of sale of 20% interest in UBID) = $ 33.

If UBID is a triple, intrinsic value of MALL is then about $ 44.

[if UBID stays at the offering price of $14 -- MALL is then a $22 stock]
I personally see little downside -- but lots of upside -- guess we'll see shortly.
