I agree 100 and 10 %. We are moving up in the 60's at least. All the new houses are buying more appliances to fit their trophy homes. After washer and dryers come, Jen Airs, Refigerators, and more than one at some of these huge homes. I know I myself am building another washer and dryer for the upstairs of my house. Guess what company I will buy from. MYG. Guess what I have in the basement. MYG. Demand is strong, money flows comming into this is also strong. Enjoy. Marcie
