It seems that Peter Michaels has put out a letter dated November 10,
1998., to shareholders requesting letters of support of how good a job he has been doing over the last three years. I ask any shareholders to look at his track record and you will see absolutely nothing has been accomplished. He also states that he has a 300 million dollar lawsuit against the shareholders for harassing, slandering and libeling him on a chat line. I have no problem with admitting that I called him a LIAR on the net.... I could write a book as to how many times Mr. Michaels has lied to me on the phone and to other investors. In his last newsletter he gave a new office address in Las Vegas....This is a drop box location and nothing else. There is no physical office for WWWC at this location. Mr. Michaels seems to blame previous management and employees for the failures and now the investors that started the lawsuit because we suppossively have our own agendas. Who are you kidding Mr. Michaels...You are the reason for the failures. You have milked us shareholders for three years of our money, living a ego driven lavish lifestyle. You are the sole reason why we were not public two years ago when there was less then ten internet casinos online. Mr. Michaels, the stall tactics you and your attorney have been playing came to an end last Friday when the Courts required you to turn over the documents we have been requesting for over six months and requiring you to sit for deposition the first week of December. The games are over for you Mr. Michaels. Myself and others are tired of hearing about your threatening counter-lawsuit against us shareholders for 300 million dollars. I take this number came out of your Ego! There is no agendas by us shareholders other than to see you pay for the crimes you have done.The Typhoon has come!
