janice dear you can believe what you wish. in your desperation i might do the same. again you will refuse to say why dtc cares if freeze is lifted? as you say they are like bank. what is reason they hold hostage 4 million shares not registered to them. when injunction & restraining order is extended to include dtc freeze will be lifted & legitimate shareholder can get physical delivery of stock. this is what marcasse & shurr & you fear most. andy mann must show cause for why stock not registered @ dtc should be allowed to sit there as hostage. you do know andy mann is in default. he can not enter country without great risk & last i hear he have no lawyer. how will he show cause janice dear. as for which shareholders you have contempt for that is personal matter. it has nothing to do with what i post here. you are desperate as time runs out i can see. you must admit defeat & move on janice dear you only hurt yourself more each day you promote wellrich, claim marcasse has covered & andy mann pay for the stock in question. in REAL court of law, unlike penny stock basher court of law, it must be proven beyond shadow of doubt. look to california case in federal court which take precedence over state court. it will give you answers. you must be careful what info you get from charlie. ask him about concorde capital stock being peddled recently.
