HUH? Andy Mann has no responsibility for explaining DTC policy. Andy Mann needs to demonstrate two things if he wishes to mount a successful defense:

1. That he returned, or attempted to return, the 480K shares lent him by Titan and Gary Sylver to short.

2. That he paid for the 4 million shares.

We shall eventually see whether he's able to do this.

And come now, Spidey...you're saying Marcasse's still short? How short do you think he is?
