JDN, I've been following your postings the past few weeks about the need for management to 'manage' the street. However, I trust you realize that after answering to the stock holders, management's primary responsibility is to the running of the business. It just so happens that in this case, management is mostly responsible to themselves being the largest stock holders. So, they can concentrate on building a viable business, which at worst case, will be bought out - at a decent price. No sense building a company on hogwash (managing wall st)and then losing hundreds of millions of dollars after the street realizes that it was all smoke and mirrors. Not many companies have survived in the long run in that way. So, if you're looking for the quick buck, maybe you should dabble in the internet stocks, or buy something more speculative like ABTX, ITWO, CATP, etc.
